Embark on a memorable 5-day journey through Northern Ethiopia, exploring its rich history, ancient landmarks, and cultural treasures. Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa

• Morning: Arrive at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa. Meet and greet by our tour representative.
• Afternoon: City tour of Addis Ababa including the National Museum, Holy Trinity Cathedral, and Mount Entoto.
• Evening: Welcome dinner at a traditional Ethiopian restaurant with cultural music and dance.
• Overnight: Hotel in Addis Ababa.

Day 2: Addis Ababa – Bahir Dar

• Morning: Flight to Bahir Dar.
• Afternoon: Boat trip on Lake Tana to visit the ancient monasteries on the islands, including Ura Kidane Mihret and Azwa Mariam.
• Evening: Sunset view over the Blue Nile River from Bezawit Hill.
• Overnight: Hotel in Bahir Dar.

Day 3: Bahir Dar – Gondar

• Morning: Visit the Blue Nile Falls (Tis Issat).

Day 4: Gondar – Axum

Day 5: Axum – Lalibela – Addis Ababa

• Morning: Flight to Lalibela.
• Afternoon: Tour of Lalibela’s rock-hewn churches, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Visit the most prominent churches including Bete Medhane Alem, Bete Maryam, and Bete Giyorgis.
• Evening: Return flight to Addis Ababa. Farewell dinner and transfer to the airport for your departure.
